TriZetto Customer Web Site Recognized for Excellence
TriZetto’s customer extranet, Customer Exchange, has been recognized as one of “The Year’s Ten Best Web Support Sites” by the Association of Support Professionals (ASP). The site will be profiled in the ASP’s book, The Ten Best Web Support Sites of 2009, to be published in July.
A panel of judges with expertise in Web support design and implementation selected TriZetto and other winners based on more than two-dozen performance criteria. Other 2009 winners are HP, Novell, Verizon, EMC Corp, Juniper Networks, Mentor Graphics, Ariba, Articulate and Blackbaud.
“The big news this year,” said ASP Executive Director Jeffrey Tarter, “is the number of smaller companies that have developed world-class support sites. Despite relatively limited resources, a growing number of technology companies have figured out how to deliver an online support experience that competes successfully against some of the biggest players in the support world."
